Carpets should be cleaned before they become too dirty as an overly soiled carpet may result in irreversible damage. Carpets should be professionally cleaned every 6 to 12 months depending on traffic in the area, amount and type of activity, and whether the carpet is light or dark in colour. Regular cleaning will increase the life span of carpets, mattresses, curtains and upholstery.
